Meaning that Chinese/Eastern Medicine is holistic; and that the rest of the way people live is so much more important to their overall health and longevity than an acupuncture treatment, no matter how effective.

This option is for those who might be needle shy, or remote from our clinic locations. Or perhaps you want to delve more deeply into the other 99% of the medicine than we have time for during an acupuncture treatment.

The focus is balance and harmony.
The keys are mindfulness, a willingness to embrace change and self-discipline.
The techniques include the following:

- Chinese Herbal Medicine
- Japanese Sotai Ho Movement Therapy
- Chinese Nutrition Therapy
- Mindset Training
- Breathwork
- Physical Activity / Metabolic Health Advice
- Lifestyle Coaching (Right livelihood / decision testing)
